Terms and Conditions

By opting in to receive SMS messages from Automation Launchpad (“we”, “us”, “our”), you agree to the following terms:

1. Consent to Receive SMS Messages

By providing your mobile number, you expressly consent to receive recurring SMS text messages from Automation Launchpad, including but not limited to marketing messages, promotions, alerts, reminders, updates, and two-way communications.

Message frequency may vary based on your engagement and preferences.

Msg & data rates may apply (standard carrier rates).

2. Opt-In / Subscription

You represent that you are the owner or authorized user of the phone number provided.

You may opt in via web forms, in-app, SMS keyword, or other lawful express consent methods.

After opting in, we may send a confirmation (opt-in) message confirming your enrollment in the messaging program.

3. Opt-Out / STOP Instructions

You may opt out at any time by replying with STOP to any message you receive from us.

After you send STOP, you will receive a confirmation message, and we will cease sending further messages (unless you opt in again).

You may also contact us via email ([email protected]) to request termination of messaging.

4. HELP / Support Instructions

If you reply HELP to any SMS message, we will respond with a support message including contact information, a link to these SMS Terms & Conditions, and instructions on how to opt out.

HELP inquiries are honored whether or not you are subscribed to the program.

5. Privacy & Data Usage

Any personal data collected via the SMS program (including your phone number) will be handled in accordance with our Privacy Policy.

We will not sell or share your personal information (including mobile number) to third parties without your consent, except as required by law or to fulfill service obligations.

Use and storage of data will comply with applicable data protection laws.

6. Message Content & Restrictions

All messages will clearly identify Automation Launchpad (e.g. via brand name in text).

We will not send content that violates carrier, CTIA, or local laws (e.g. no adult content, hate, illegal services, phishing, or fraudulent content).

We will not use public URL shorteners (e.g. bit.ly, tinyurl) — only custom branded domains or permitted URLs.

Messages will include opt-out and HELP information as required by carriers / A2P 10DLC rules.

7. Delivery, Errors & Disclaimers

We are not responsible for any delivery failures, delays, or errors caused by mobile carriers or third-party service providers.

We make no guarantee of message delivery or timeliness.

We reserve the right to suspend or discontinue sending messages to any number in case of non-compliance or technical issues.

8. Compliance, Suspension & Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate the messaging service, your access, or your subscription if you violate these terms or relevant laws / carrier policies.

If a campaign or sender is found non-compliant with A2P 10DLC, CTIA, or carrier codes of conduct, we may block or suspend messages to avoid penalties.

You accept that non-compliance may lead to blocking, fines, or penalties imposed by carriers or regulatory bodies.

9. Changes to Terms

We may update or modify these SMS Terms & Conditions at any time.

Updated versions will be posted at automationlaunchpad.com/terms-and-conditions and effective upon posting or notification.

Your continued receipt of messages constitutes acceptance of such updates.
